“Great Location and Room, but Taxi Challenges”
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, particularly the spacious room that comfortably accommodated four people with ample luggage space and two toilets. The location was also ideal, with plenty of food options nearby and easy access to other areas. However, I did find it challenging to secure a taxi for a long-distance trip, especially when traveling with family. The reception staff weren't very helpful in this regard, suggesting we try hailing one on the street instead.
“Mixed Experience with Room and Emergency Response”
I appreciated the generous room size and the convenience of two toilets in a relatively quieter area of Macau. However, our stay was marred by a fire alarm incident on the second night, which required my elderly companion and me to evacuate the sixth floor at 12:30 AM. Although the staff provided a bottle of water, the lack of clear communication and formal apology was disappointing. The unavailability of the lift for 30 minutes added to the inconvenience.
“A Decent but Overpriced Hotel with Room for Improvement”
The service at this hotel was decent, but the hygiene and environment were just average. On the plus side, it's conveniently located for exploring Macau Peninsula. However, I found the hotel to be quite ordinary, comparable to a budget hotel in mainland China, and at $1,200 per night during peak season, I didn't think it offered good value. I later discovered that I could have booked it for $800 on another platform, so I would recommend mainland Chinese travelers to explore other options.
“A Comfortable Stay with Some Room for Improvement”
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, appreciating its cleanliness and comfort. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were thoughtfully provided in both soft and hard options. The owner was also very kind and courteous. However, I was a bit disappointed that the room didn't have a refrigerator.
“Disappointing Experience with Unclean Room and Poor Service”
I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The view was terrible and I was greeted by a swarm of mosquitoes in my room, which was also dirty. I complained about not being able to stay in the room, but no one seemed to care, and to make matters worse, they didn't even refund my money despite the room being filthy.
