The spot was great, staff were kind and friendly, walking around was easy, it was quiet except for occasional loading trucks, beds were comfy, the place felt secure, shower water pressure was good, the kitchenette was handy, late check‑out worked for my prayer, and the surprise birthday decor was nice. It works well for couples or friends, but families with kids or elderly might struggle. The air‑con was too cold and the thermostat didn’t function properly, the stairs to the first floor were steep and risky for children and seniors, each room needed a mirror, a towel rack for wet towels, and more snack and beverage options for the price.

The location works well for getting around. However, the service needs work – there was almost no assistance, no elevator so I had to lug my luggage up myself, and nobody offered help; the kitchen’s drain was leaking, I called for repairs, they promised to send someone but never showed up.

The staff were helpful, the apartment was spotless and fully equipped, and the location was perfect for exploring George Town.
