The location is beautiful and very relaxing, and the staff and owners are amazing, friendly and helpful; I would definitely come back to stay again!
The staff were very friendly, the food was tasty, and there was a small nicely arranged shop with lovely clothing and fabrics.
“Trop cher pour la prestation proposée”
The staff and owners were very friendly, and the meals and breakfast were excellent. However, the accommodation was far too expensive for what it offered—I paid 148€ per night. The fridge was extremely rusty and dirty, and the design of the room meant it was infested with insects and other critters that had to be regularly removed. A complete refurbishment would be needed to justify that price. At that cost I expected a higher‑end property, especially after staying in an exceptional place in Arusha in the same price range. The building was old even though it was large, and the nearby mosque prevented me from sleeping beyond 5 am. I came to rest and it was pretty disappointing.
The surroundings and the cottage are satisfactory, but the price‑to‑quality ratio is not ideal.

The location by the Indian Ocean is a dream; the host couple is very nice, and in the evenings you can sit comfortably and enjoy delicious wood‑oven pizza. The cottages need renovation.
