The property was quite new and very clean. When I arrived at 23:00, as agreed with the owners, they told me they would open the door remotely, which seemed fine. But when I got there, the door wouldn’t open; they said someone would come in 10 minutes, yet nobody showed up for almost an hour. I told them and they didn’t even apologize. Very disappointing. There was no mistake, but don’t say 10 minutes and then keep delaying for an hour. I think they should install a lockbox with a code at the entrance to avoid these issues.
