The rooms were clean and spacious, but the property refused to refund me when I checked out early because of a change in travel plans. They gave a reason that didn’t make sense, and it was just a hotel. They should have been more transparent instead of making customers run in circles. I will always book this hotel whenever I visit Geoje, but I was disappointed.

The staff member—perhaps the male manager—who kept the food stations tidy and checked on guests earned my thanks and compliments; I have no complaints at all.

Every employee was exceptionally warm and courteous, the bedding was spotless and incredibly comfy, letting me drift into a perfect night’s sleep, while the bathroom shone with cleanliness and an American‑style design that left me very satisfied; all the facilities were excellent, I’d gladly return and wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone.

The food was great, breakfast was superb, the hotel staff provided supreme service, the location was nice, the sauna and swimming pool were excellent, and I highly recommend it.
