住客对酒店各方面的评价。
The room ended up larger than expected due to an upgrade; everything was great: welcome items, bedding, bathroom. The metro is just a two‑step walk away, the neighborhood is very pleasant, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

The staff were central, warm, and courteous. It would have been nice to have slippers and welcome wine, but those are optional.
