“Étape sur la route de l Angleterre”

The welcome was very warm, the establishment is charming and discreet, offering free, closed and secure parking. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the comfort is perfect, with many small thoughtful touches. There were a few specks of dust and spider webs in the corners and the bay window, but that was forgiven by everything else. The hostess was jovial, friendly and helpful. In short, a nice little place that I highly recommend. The only downside was that we were informed about the jacuzzi only on the morning of our departure.

“Als Booking.com dit soort accomodatie aanbeveelt dan na al de jaren stop ik ermee. Ik ben 82 en vindt wat ik hier meegem”

De eigenaresse heeft onze boekingen geannuleerd omdat wij te vroeg aankwam! (15,45) zij beweerde dat het voor haar gezondheid niet goed was en dat het niet meer hoefde. Dus daar stonden we na een lange reis zonder een plaats te overnachten. De accommodatie was zeer moeilijk te vinden. Toegang is via een stalen poort met een pincode. Maar we zijn geen centimeter binnen kunnen komen. Schandelijk gedrag van de eigenaresse

“Sehr, sehr einfach, aber sauber.”

The place was extremely simple, unfortunately with a slightly musty smell. There was no signage or street number visible, so it was easy to miss. We stayed only one night because the next morning we had to continue our trip with the shuttle. I would choose a different place next time. However, we were received very warmly both over the phone and in person.
