The experience was terrible—very bad. The owner was rude and threatened to call the police because, according to him, I wasn’t leaving the room after canceling. Everything was awful: the location was bad, the room was terrible, he offered another unit (a horrible room with two beds) that had nothing to do with the listing, and he got upset when I arrived with a pet dog, even though the listing clearly stated pets were accepted.

The views were gorgeous, but they need to provide more slabs for making coffee or a light breakfast; there are almost no utensils, just two cups and a few plates.

The view is great, but the bathroom in the room we were given was disappointing. I think they should put a hose and hooks in the wardrobe and give the beds some maintenance.

The place is close to the Zócalo, but getting in is a hassle. The bathroom is tiny, and the pictures are misleading because each room looks different; even though there were two beds, there was no privacy at all.
