The pool was great and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The pool area was good.

The staff seemed nice, but it was the worst place I’ve ever slept. The place was filthy, and you could even sleep with cockroaches for free. When we arrived we got a dirty room with no hot water, mold on the wall, and a small waterfall from the pipes in the bathroom, and our passports were taken and hidden. After reporting it, they switched us to another room that still had no hot water, the lock didn’t work—doors couldn’t be closed, it was dirty, and cockroaches were running around the bathroom. The pool water was murky and dirty. Everything took a long time, we wasted the whole evening. By miracle the guesthouse Stille Oase accepted us, and the owner prepared a room for us at 10 pm in 10 minutes. Even sleeping in jungle rooms for a few dollars, I never had a situation like this.
The room was spacious, the hotel was quiet by the sea, cleanliness was impeccable, the pool was superb, and the staff were available and welcoming; they even found me a bike when I asked. I recommend it 300 %. Everything was perfect.
