“Great location, comfortable rooms and amazing staff — we had a lovely stay!”

Good location — the hotel is right in the center of Ksamil, next to the lively street, with a pedestrian area full of shops, cafés, snack bars and restaurants all around. We loved taking evening walks there. Several beaches are within walking distance (a bit of a stroll, though) — our favorite by far was the Africana beach club. The hotel itself is small and cozy, just a few floors (no elevator, but that didn't bother us at all). The room was nice and comfortable, with everything we needed, and we really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the town. Breakfast was fairly standard, but everything was tasty and there was always plenty of it. A special thank you to the staff — the guys were incredibly attentive: they parked our car for us, recommended the best beaches, restaurants and day trips, and were always quick to help with any practical matters. Nothing to complain about, really — just keep in mind there's no pool or private outdoor area. That said, with the sea and the town so close by, we never felt we were missing anything

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen im Zentrum und man ist schnell am Strand und bei den Restaurants. Das Auto kann man kostenfrei direkt daneben parkieren. Das Zimmer war sehr gross und hatte einen Kleiderschrank und ein Tisch als Ablagefläche. Das Bett war sehr weich, aber sehr gross. Grosse Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Das Bad war eher klein und es gab nur wenig Ablagefläche. Es war hellhörig und man konnte die Autos draussen hören, sowie Leute auf dem Gang. Das Frühstück wird um 8:30 Uhr zubereitet und ist dann für 2h verfügbar und somit am Ende nicht mehr sehr frisch

“Slab”

The spot was great, and breakfast was decent enough even though it wasn’t very varied. But the room left a lot to be desired – no wardrobe, barely enough shampoo or shower gel, no holder for the bottles, and the toilet paper holder was missing. The bathroom felt damp and the room had a musty smell. Staff were thin on the ground; the front‑desk guy also ran breakfast, and housekeeping came after 12:30 on two of the seven nights, right when we were still on the beach.
