We liked that the property sent us exact instructions on how to get there, with photos, which was very helpful. The room was clean and looked exactly like the pictures; the shower water pressure was fantastic. The hotel is far from the old town centre (something to keep in mind when booking), but there is a local shop nearby where you can buy food and drinks. A nice touch would be a few tea bags or coffee, because the hotel only provides kettles and mugs.

Very friendly, helpful phone contact with the owner, fridge, hair dryer, new bathroom, good mattress, great location. Absolutely not recommended for 1–2 solo female travellers. Access is through a dark corridor, between buildings via dark stairs. The room also only has a tiny skylight on the roof, no exit possible, no second escape route in case of fire.

I stayed at Dubrovnik Central Accommodation and everything was spot on—clean, quiet, and well‑located between the old town and the central bus station, just a 20‑minute walk each way. A bus stop is a few minutes away if you prefer not to walk, and a supermarket is only a 5‑minute walk. Self‑service check‑in was straightforward, with Ivana promptly sending all the necessary details. The house rules and other info are clearly posted in the room and lobby. My room was tidy, spacious, and had a pleasant scent. It featured a flat‑screen TV, a mini fridge, bedside sockets, and excellent air conditioning. A skylight and electrically‑operated roller blinds added to the comfort. The bed was comfy, linens were clean and soft, and the private bathroom had an electric towel warmer, hair dryer, and fragrant shampoo and soap. The shower was superb with great water pressure. I would recommend this place 100%. The only hiccup was finding the entrance; it was a bit tricky, especially around 2 am, even though I’d read about it beforehand. The property sits on the second floor of a building that seems like an educational institution, and there are two ways to locate the entrance. Adding better lighting and signage would make it easier. Other than that, everything else was excellent!

Clean, tidy, quiet, friendly people kept my luggage until my time to go to the airport so I could walk around a bit more. The building entrance at night is scary.
