The property offers eight air‑conditioned rooms and apartments, each with a flat‑screen TV, private bathroom, and some featuring balconies or patios. Shared kitchen and dining areas, free WiFi, and on‑site parking enhance convenience. Nearby, the Greek Catholic Church (500 m) and Bocskai István Museum (1 km) provide cultural access.

The place and the room were wonderful, with a walk every 5‑10 minutes. The staff were very friendly, and breakfast was plentiful every day. The pillows and mattress were uncomfortable for us, but that didn’t spoil my overall opinion.

The stay was very pleasant. The owners were very kind, helpful, and always smiling. The room had a balcony, was air‑conditioned, and clean, making it a real pleasure to stay there. The garden was beautiful, surrounded by plenty of greenery, which added to the cozy feel of the place. Breakfasts were excellent, and you could choose the meal time. The thermal pools were literally 100 m from the apartment. Other interesting spots in Hajdúszoboszló were also very close. If we get the chance to visit the area again, we’ll definitely choose this location again. Greetings to the wonderful owners of the beautiful Villa Rosa. There was nothing that could be disliked.
