The hotel was clean and the staff were attentive. The facilities were good, but the food was a bit lacking – they could do better with the menu. Still, the staff were quick to help whenever I asked.

Martha, who runs the hotel in the mornings, was super kind and respectful. She helped me with everything and the rooms were tidy and nicely presented. The night shift was a different story – Zulma was rude and didn't respect me when I mentioned the bathroom door issue. She even called me crazy. That was a real letdown.
