We had a very good breakfast with many options, the staff were nice and helpful, and we liked the location because we were near the city center and metro stations; even though we stayed in Brussels, we took a train one day to Bruges – an excellent trip and visit! The bathroom didn’t have a door over the shower, so the floor got wet, and we would have liked to stay more days in Brussels to explore the city a little more.

The beds were very comfortable and we liked how roomy the rooms were; the pool and bathtub were a plus for the girls, who enjoyed them a lot.

The staff were very welcoming, the place was clean, the breakfast was amazing and the decor great, and the hot pool was a nice touch; however, the doors were not soundproof at all and my room was by a lift, so I was woken up many times by other guests arriving late or leaving early.
