“Excelente valor precio, limpieza y ubicación”

The place is spotless, has all the essentials and power outlets, and sits just 15 minutes from the ADO bus terminal in downtown Cancún. It’s not a luxury spot, but the cleanliness, location and value are excellent. They let me drop off my luggage in a safe. There’s no front desk staff, but they always reply via WhatsApp. Arriving around 1 am was stressful because I couldn’t find the right room and no one was there to help, which made me anxious as I was already exhausted and had to get up early.

It’s very comfortable for two people. The only downside is that Netflix and HBO don’t work on the TV, no matter how hard you try to set it up.

The room was very clean and lovely. The neighbors would bang on the walls or shout at the door of the apartment, and it was impossible to rest because they stayed out until 1 am.

The location was good. However, the bed linens weren’t spotless and there were hairs in the bed and dust on the pillows, and the bathroom wasn’t clean either.
