The reception feels very unprofessional, like a crowded airport terminal with no sense of comfort or welcome. The rooms lack air conditioning, making the stay suffocating in the hot weather. The reality in Turkey is far from what’s promised.

Nothing special, clean sheets, and friendly staff. The room was awful: located in a building with an entrance from a busy street, no proper lobby, on the top floor requiring a scary staircase. Inside it was uncomfortable and disgusting, with stale air throughout and it was very cold until we asked and the boiler was turned on. The shower was poor; waiting for hot water took a long time. A very unpleasant place.
