The location, view, staff friendliness, tidy service, and clean food – buffet on the 15th floor with pasta, salad, and bread room service – all were good, but the room furniture is starting to look worn.

The sea views are great, the room is spacious and well-equipped, and the staff are helpful and friendly. The only issue was a terrible sewage-like odor that filled our room and the entire floor; we had to keep our window open all the time, and it didn’t seem to come from outside or our toilet – the hotel needs to investigate and fix this urgently.

The room’s soundproofing is poor; you can hear people talking in the hallway and even loud conversations inside the room.
