They accepted my reservation, but an hour before arrival they told me there was an error and it was full; I was already traveling from Lima to Huacho, so I had to find accommodation at the last minute.

La ubicación. No respetaron la reserva anticipada, ofrecieron otra alternativa de mayor precio

They solved the problem, but the total was 131 soles (37 USD); when I changed the payment, the receptionist ended up charging 204 soles in total. I don’t understand why he said the prices were different, which was very uncomfortable.

The location is excellent and the place is clean 👌, but we had issues that required a solution that should have been checked beforehand, such as the bathroom lighting (they responded immediately).
