We booked three rooms: the double‑room was terrible, the four‑person room was decent, and the six‑person room with a sea view was excellent. Overall the hotel sits in a good spot on Juara beach with nice restaurants nearby, but the cleanliness left something to be desired and the reception staff were rarely present.

The bungalows were quite nice, the best spot on Juara Beach. However, we rented two rooms; in ours the hot‑water system was broken, and the other room arrived with a broken toilet hose. There was no proper pre‑arrival inspection. The reception was often closed, so we couldn’t report the issues, and the staff were neither attentive nor hospitable. During our four‑day stay the rooms were never cleaned, beds never changed, no fresh towels were provided, and the bathroom lacked a screen for the open glass window slats, letting mosquitoes run free.

The location, direct sea view or garden view, everything was very nice, clean and functional. We were pleasantly surprised in person – it was much better than the photos.
