I had a great stay! The lobby offered a wide range of free items such as shampoo, makeup remover, a loofah, coffee, etc., and they delivered a water bottle to the room daily. There was a washing machine in the room and the staff were super friendly. The location was great, close to both the subway station and Nishiki Market. The washing machine leaked and soaked the carpet around it.
