“Great quiet option in central Arequipa”

The location was very handy, just a 5‑10 minute walk downhill from the main square. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the area was quiet in a gated cul‑de‑sac. I was upgraded to a top‑floor room, which was generally quiet. The room was roomy because it had a kitchenette and a breakfast table, though the bedroom and bathroom felt a bit cramped. Everything stayed clean and tidy, and the room was cleaned daily. Hot water arrived after a few minutes, and the Wi‑Fi was acceptable when the Internet worked. The usual breakfast was served, with extras available. From the bedroom and balcony I could see Misti. A supermarket was just around the corner. I’d stay again in an upper‑floor room. Everything was pretty good. I booked a single room but they moved me upstairs because I was staying longer. I think the single room is behind reception and may not be the best. While the location and room were very quiet by inner‑city standards, there was some noise at 5 am when neighbors went to work and every couple of days around 8 am when the garbage truck came with music playing. Nothing major. The Internet was variable, but I think the issue was with the city network, not the internal Wi‑Fi. There were no utensils in the kitchenette (but I didn’t book that room, so I can’t really complain). Still a very good option.
