We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it! Kuruva Island sits in a great location, perfect for exploring the beautiful surrounding nature and enjoying a range of activities. The resort itself offers several on‑site activities, and the safari tour was a definite highlight. What struck us most was the incredible nature around the resort and the lovely atmosphere throughout the property. We stayed in a room with a private swimming pool, which we enjoyed especially in the evenings when we could have a private dinner and simply relax after the day. A special shout‑out to the chef and the entire kitchen team – the food was consistently delicious, fresh, and carefully prepared. The traditional Onam feast was an absolute highlight; the variety of dishes, the wonderful flavours, and the authentic preparation made it a truly special experience. A huge thank you to the chef – that amazing meal will stay with us for a long time! I also had the wonderful opportunity to get a henna tattoo from one of the lovely staff members. She created it with so much care, patience, and love, and it was such a beautiful and personal experience. I truly appreciated the time and effort she put into it, and it is a lovely memory that I will take home with me. Last but certainly not least, the staff made our stay truly unforgettable. We have rarely experienced such warm, genuine, and attentive hospitality in a hotel. From the very first moment, we felt welcome and well taken care of. We arrived as strangers and left as friends. That probably describes our experience at Kuruva Island better than anything else. We would come back anytime and can wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful place!

“Amazing 2 days of enjoying nature and tranquility”

We spent two amazing days enjoying nature and tranquility at a resort that brings us close to nature, with lush green trees and a blue stream flowing by the side. From grass to stone, everything is perfectly crafted to create a perfect blend of nature. The rooms were very spacious and the bathroom was very clean. The lobby and children’s play area were very well maintained. Very good hospitality and a special mention on the buffet as they serve varieties including Jain meals as well. They also provide jeep safaris and other nature trips. The closet attraction Kuruwa Dweep Island is just 1.2 km away. We definitely loved our stay and are definitely going to choose it for our future trips. We have also recommended it to our friends and family as well. In short, a 10/10 rating can be given in all aspects of service.

Good location, easy reachable, inside forest area, accessible to small river behind, good food (multi cuisine) and very friendly staffs, clean and neat place (ayurvedic spa available with experience staff), suggest to enjoy around Manathavady area. only a slight issues faces is 'Internet' my airtel was not accessible, but geo and other available (my friend), someone on work my requires high band internet, would be suitable for mid corporates

Hospitality, best resort in terms of hospitality. All the staff were so good. Very attentive. Resorts GM was always smiling and gave good advice. Took nice photos of us. On his recommendation did the evening safari with Mr. Anup. Had a fabulous time. Saw elephants, bison(Gaur), spotted dear etc. The lady at F&B was very nice, always smiling. She also gave us a sample of home style local food free for tasting. The spa was also good, took a head neck shoulder massage. The masseuse was trained in Kerala massage and did a good job. Kuruva Island resort and spa is definitely the play to stay while you are in that vicinity. Shortcomings were overshadowed by smiling faces
