Located next to the Willamette River, the Holiday Inn Express Corvallis-On the River features an indoor heated pool, hot tub, and fitness centre. Spacious, warmly decorated rooms offer free Wi-Fi, microwaves, fridges, coffee-making facilities, cable TV, and desks. River view rooms and suites are available. A hot breakfast with cinnamon rolls is served daily, along with evening treats like cookies, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, and milk.

The staff were excellent, making our visit especially good. Every person we interacted with was welcoming and efficient. Breakfast was good and varied, our room was comfortable, and the location was convenient for downtown Corvallis. The river view is a bonus, and there’s plenty of on‑site parking, which is great for car travelers. No negatives for this property.

The river view from our room was almost mesmerizing, with visible current patterns, crew racing practice, and kayakers drifting downstream; a trail along the river was also easily accessible, and we had nothing to dislike.
