“Very enjoyable stay with a beautiful terrace view and a welcoming host”
We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property; the host was extremely friendly, helpful, and always willing to share useful local recommendations; the view from the terrace is absolutely stunning and quickly became our favorite spot for breakfast each morning; the apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very well located for exploring the island; one thing worth mentioning is that the property looks even better in real life than in the photos, as several areas have been renovated and updated; the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and outstanding hospitality made our stay truly memorable; we would happily stay here again.
The view from the terrace is unbeatable; the apartment, the garden, the entire environment is immaculate, clean, and orderly; everything needed for a perfect rest: cleanliness, equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, large rooms, spacious bathroom, living room, peace, quiet, a very kind host, and the terrace.
The terrace view and the island‑exploring location were great, and the hosts were very friendly, making us feel comfortable. The place works well with kids, too. On the downside, the kitchen is old and sometimes the apartment smells a bit musty.
The welcome was excellent.

The view from the terrace was magnificent, the owner was very friendly, we had a map with marked places and restaurants worth visiting in São Miguel, we received many very useful tips, the accommodation was well equipped and in an excellent location; the stove worked fine, but otherwise we were very satisfied.
