The restaurant at the resort was quite good and the cleaning was decent, but the room had no internet despite the five‑star rating, the beach lacked enough loungers, the restaurant was always crowded with people fighting for tables, and the staff never smiled.

The hotel itself was stunning, but it was a bit of a shame that we were looking out onto a building site. We had to get up ridiculously early to secure a sunbed, which was a bit of a pain.
