The host met us at the gate and drove us to our room, which was beautiful, and the breakfast was great. The staff were helpful. However, getting rides to and from the hotel was very difficult; Uber Black was okay, but it fell through on the early departure we needed on the last day.

The luxury breakfast of local products was very high quality. The dinner restaurant was beautiful with a very good selection of food and wine. The staff at the restaurant were very helpful, although sometimes a little unprofessional or perhaps rushed. In any case we highly recommend the restaurant. Electric bikes are available for free. After arrival we were assigned to a Standard room that we had paid for. Unfortunately that room was on the ground floor and very dark. We asked for a room change. The receptionist told us to wait a while and that she would call us back to see what could be done; we waited an hour. The receptionist forgot about us and our bags on the cart. After an hour we went back to the reception to remind them. Another receptionist gave us an upgrade for 50 euros to the best apartment with a whirlpool. That again belongs in the positive review 😀 😀😀 The whole hotel’s infrastructure is a bit dusty and worn.

The place was incredibly calm and the staff were kind, creating a great atmosphere. I didn’t encounter any problems; a private pool would have been a nice addition.

This is probably the most amazing place I’ve ever been to. There are so many distinct areas to unwind, each room has its own character and the interior blends modern touches with a rural feel—each room is carved into the rock, while the amenities are contemporary and the lighting perfectly complements the space. The staff are amazing, the vibe feels like a wedding venue, and you just don’t want to leave.

It could have been perfect if the air‑conditioner at 23:00 had stayed on until 08:00 during the hottest week in Europe; the night was unbearably hot and no one was available to talk because the reception was closed from 22:30 to 08:30. Breakfast was very nice, but sitting outside in the garden on hot days was not very pleasant. The AC didn’t work and the garden breakfast on a hot day was less than ideal.
