This place is a hidden gem. The room is basically a mini apartment with everything you need - a full kitchen with a range, fridge, and freezer, and even a comfy recliner to lounge around in.

“Not sure if would stay again..”
The bed was comfortable the night staff when we checked in was nice and professional. Location was great as we were seeing our friends over at Sanford Medical Center, along with coffee shops, restaurants close by. The bed and pillows were nice. The room was advertised and booked as one queen bed with recliner. Instead we got to our room and it was 2 queen beds, no recliner. Not a huge deal, no price difference. The room smelled of urine mildew, scratch on counter by stove top. The air conditioning was turned off and window open so it was very muggy and hot in room when we arrived. It was over a 100 degrees outside. The bathroom sink didnt have any cold water at all, when you turned faucet on, cause the cold water was shut off under the sink. The toilet didnt want to flush unless you held the handle down. The toilet wouldn't fill with water so it just ran all night. The electrical communications room on second floor alarms kept going off by elevator, could hear it through our room. Location was great as we were seeing our friends over at Sanford Medical Center, along with coffee shops, restaurants close by. We traveled with our dog as well. $15. Pet fee which was no problem, but they should list that so people are aware. Dont think I would stay there again unless some things got fixed
