The facilities were amazing and kid‑friendly, and the permanent residents—mostly elderly—were very understanding and friendly. Nothing was wrong; it was great.

The place was spotless and the facilities were top‑class, and the location was convenient. However, seeing that 90% of the park is privately owned and the “private property keep out” signs made me feel a bit unwelcome, which left me uncertain about using any of the amenities.
