“Location is fantastic”
The location is great, but getting to the parking is not easy.

For a 5‑star hotel, a certain standard is expected, yet we were clearly disappointed. The hotel sits right in the city center, but finding the entrance is very difficult, and the surrounding area features many old, somewhat run‑down buildings that give off an uninviting vibe. It feels like the days when this hotel truly matched a 5‑star standard are over, especially with a construction site on the lower floors. The elevator situation is especially troublesome: from the underground garage you cannot go straight to the reception but must change elevators and use another entrance. The same complexity applies to rooms on the lower floors—sometimes you have to walk up stairs first, then take a different elevator down again, which is a nightmare with luggage and hardly acceptable for a 5‑star property. Breakfast is served in a bistro that apparently also serves external guests; the food itself was fine. Overall, the hotel does not meet the expected 5‑star level for us, and we would not stay here again or agree with the many glowing reviews based on our experience.
The room was awesome and the area was very good.
Japanese toilets, a comfy bed, and a fantastic location; breakfast could have been better, but it was adequate.
