The pool is large and well maintained, and the room is spacious and comfortable. The location feels a bit dark and is just a short walk from the historic center.

Everything is perfect; it’s a haven of peace and tranquility in Mérida, within walking distance of everything and very quiet. I loved the pool, and the staff were amazing, friendly, helpful, and attentive. I highly recommend it, and there is nothing negative.

The staff were friendly but a bit cold, the breakfast was modest, and every extra is charged. The coffee was very weak, and fresh towels were only available upon request. It’s a very nice hotel, but the little extras could be improved.

The accommodation is small but excellent, with very good staff and a great location. The early‑morning staff were very helpful, especially since we had very early starts. The only issue was that the breakfasts were confusing.
