The Peninsula Paris is a luxurious hotel situated 400 metres from the Arc de Triomphe, offering a spa, 22-metre indoor pool, and rooftop restaurant with 360° views of Paris. From the moment I stepped out of the taxi until I left, the staff were very courteous and the room was exceptional; there was nothing much to dislike.

The spa, the rooftop and the room were good. The valet service: we arrived with a Landa car and were not treated as guests, even though we always stay in luxury hotels. We had to wait long when arriving and leaving, even the car was parked 5 m from the sidewalk, while my wife was on crutches. Overall services were not up to par and need improvement. We even had to ask for help to enter the hotel.
