This property fell far short of the standards I expected from a Hyatt, leaving me almost convinced I should have checked out a few hours earlier. Every aspect—from the infrastructure to the service—needs major overhaul.

The room was roomy and comfortable, and both breakfast and dinner offered a decent variety of food. The location was acceptable overall. The staff, especially Inderpeet, were friendly and helpful, always attentive and accommodating. However, there was no hot water in the shower for the entire stay; I reported it and maintenance checked it, but the issue never got fixed, which was disappointing.

“Disappointing”

The room was very old and suffered from water damage; maintenance was poor. The bedding and furniture were all outdated and below Hyatt’s usual level, and the bed was too small for a king. Room‑service food was only average at best. Staff uniforms were shabby, and the breakfast buffet was substandard and unappetizing. Overall, it did not meet Hyatt standards at all.
