I gave it an 8 out of 10.
Tiffin outside the hotel premises. Charges were higher than the actual rent charged by the hotel to direct customers.
“Very very disappointed with staff behaviour and website booking”
We booked online, picked the number of guests and rooms, but the site didn't explain how many people could stay in each room. When we arrived, the staff said they would allow the people we had selected, yet they showed us tiny rooms and insisted we book another one, costing us extra money we had already paid. The staff didn't try to help; they just wanted us to pay more, and the whole experience felt very money‑driven. The website itself was the worst part.
