“Never again”
I had a very disappointing stay that was definitely not worth the price. The hotel, which charges a high rate, lacked room service and housekeeping, which was unacceptable. I had only requested a crib for my baby when booking. I arrived around 10 PM to check in and found the crib missing. When I asked for it, they initially said they couldn’t provide one. After a lot of back‑and‑forth, the crib was finally delivered to my room almost two hours later, which was a very unpleasant start. The next day, at about 1 PM, I was disturbed by loud construction‑like noise from inside the room. When I called the hotel, they said there was an HVAC room in my room and that was the source of the noise. That was unbelievable and totally unacceptable for a hotel at that price. Overall, the service, responsiveness, and experience were nowhere near what I’d expect from a hotel charging this much. I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.
