“Not a a great value for money especially with breakfast included at Una Hotel with 15% less.”

Breakfast wasn’t included in the price, but I chose this place for its location after staying there before. I was in room 1, which was small, and the balcony window lock had problems. On the first night, street, transport, and other noises were audible throughout the night. On the second night I tried to close it properly but it still had issues. Two hanging lights weren’t working or weren’t meant to work. There was no help in the apartment; everything had to be done by phone. The attached bath had a leak, with water flowing into the room during a shower. I was charged twice for City Tax even though I was alone, and I couldn’t submit the pre‑check‑in form as a single occupant, so I had to write my name twice and was charged City Tax twice. I’m still waiting for a refund.

“Bien placé et très propre. Je recommande”

The location is close to the metro, the bed is comfortable, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The hosts are responsive and the housekeeper is adorable. The noise from neighbors on the landing, with children screaming until 23:30, forced me to bang on the wall to calm them. I almost went to see them. The tram noise was also unbearable.

Getting into the place was extremely difficult. The bathroom is directly behind the bed and the door doesn’t lock.
