My family of 4 stayed here for one night. Everything was good—the room was spacious, very clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We had a private bathroom, and there was also access to a shared kitchen if needed. The beds were comfortable, and overall, we enjoyed our stay. 1. Check-in instructions could be clearer. When we arrived and called, the host spoke quickly in Italian and hung up, despite me speaking English. However, after that, they showed us everything and were very pleasant. 2. The hairdryer was quite weak and made it almost impossible to dry long hair

The staff were very kind and helpful, the welcome was warm, the room was clean and comfortable. They mentioned the option to eat at their restaurant without pressure, we went and enjoyed it – good food, very friendly staff, excellent value for money. The location is great, right in the city center. A beautiful pastry bar is just a short walk away for breakfast. No complaints. The only thing is that the rooms are accessed by stairs, but they are nice and clean. It seems that all the buildings here are tall, which is just a characteristic of the area, not a flaw.
