The hotel was quiet and stunning, but what really stood out was the service. I had called ahead and mentioned my husband’s mobility issues; the room we received had bathroom rails and a shower seat, which impressed me. Very nice.

The spot was picture‑perfect, the room comfortable, and Princess, who checked us in, was very polite and courteous. The restaurant staff—Chef Desmond, Mulyanto, Faber, Jenny, and Zoe—were all extremely nice. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
