They told me they hadn't received a confirmation and asked me to cancel my reservation and make a new one. I'm still waiting for the refund.

Location was good. Interior looked extremely run down, no lift to upper floors, rooms didn’t match the advertised pictures—seems at least 10 years old. The shower head in the toilet was terrible.
