“Fair enough”
The staff were super friendly. The lights in the room were a little dark for me.
“A comfortable base from which to explore Almaty”
The location is pretty good, you will need to arrive by taxi since Almaty is a city of wide boulevards and roaring traffic, but we got to things we wanted to see easily.Rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean if a bit bland.Bathroom was fine.I had a lovely morning swim in the basement pool. Rooms were pretty reasonably priced but breakfast was quite a chunky add-on. There are several excellent coffee shops close by at a quarter of the price

The hotel is wonderful – friendly and attentive staff, great breakfast, comfortable beds, and a fantastic spa area; it was exactly what we needed.
Good location. The sauna and wellness area were cold.
I arrived very early but couldn't check in sooner, even though the breakfast was good and the location is pretty central.
