It was close to the airport, but there was no lift so you had to haul your luggage up the stairs. The room was cold and the heater didn’t work; the plumbing was old and there was no kettle. I wanted to check in two hours early and they said I’d have to pay for it.

The hotel was nice, the staff were friendly, the rooms were small but the beds were comfortable. The Village Museum, Botanical Garden, and Placimte restaurant were nearby.

“you cant be sure you will stay at this hotel,even if you booked and payed”

I booked a room for the current month, but when I arrived the staff said I’d booked the same dates in October (when I actually booked for May), so they wouldn’t refund me and I couldn’t move it to other dates because the price was different. The second time I booked this hotel—because it’s the closest to the airport—when I arrived they said it was fully booked and offered another hotel on the opposite side of the city. Out of three attempts, I only stayed once; the other two felt like cheating with dates and suggested other hotels. My friends had the same experience. If you book in May and they charge you for October with no chance to get a refund, that’s insane… at least a deposit for future dates would help. I would recommend the location, but the staff and hotel policy could be better.

I was mainly interested in the proximity to the airport and the low price. The room was very small, but we were only there for a few hours before our flight. There was no lift and the stairs were steep, making it hard to carry a suitcase. There was no kettle, so I had to go down to the first floor to the food area to fill a cooler with hot water and make tea.
