I paid a fair price for a decent stay, and it was nice that parking was included. The room itself was good, but the bathroom was pretty grubby and the TV didn’t work.

The location and parking were good, but the keycode caused accessibility issues. The shower was either scalding or cold with no pressure, the toilet seat was unstable, the pillows were terrible, and the duvet made the bed lumpy.

I’ve stayed here before and the location fit what I needed; the rooms are very clean and, despite the low water pressure, perfectly comfortable. Since my last visit, the reception has been removed, making getting to the rooms a hassle. Cleaners tried to help but had limited options. It’s no longer a small friendly hotel; it feels more like an online bedsit. I won’t be returning next year.
