I liked how the parking was right in front of my room, but the laundry area was shut down, the bathroom had insects, and I woke up with itchy bumps on my arm and chest.

The only good thing was the location. The room assigned to us was drenched in humidity, so we left and returned at night still wet, with a horrible smell and cockroaches; I paid a high price for this. One night we had to move to another hotel that had no water, which was spotless and comfortable, but we couldn’t stay there because it was full, so we went back to the original room, which still had cockroaches, and they promised a refund for one night because there was no water. I find it unacceptable that the booking platform doesn’t provide this information, especially since I’ve used it for years without any issues, and this trip was far away.

Breakfast was decent and the location was great, but the water heater kept switching between very cold and very hot, so it didn’t function properly.
