There is no elevator, and no mention of this anywhere; we had to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs. We dined at the hotel restaurant and tried the chef’s recommended national dish, but that night we suffered a severe food poisoning—vomiting and diarrhea—lasting until morning. We reported the incident to the front desk, but received no response; they assured us that all food is purchased and stored under their personal supervision and that this was our problem, suggesting we buy medication at a nearby pharmacy.

The location is very good, the staff are welcoming and showed us where everything was and helped with the luggage; breakfast is included and is fantastic—a buffet with a wide variety of hearty dishes.

The staff are wonderful and competent! This is my second stay at this hotel and I recommend it to everyone! Nothing else to add.
