The location was very good, close to the city centre and the train station. The room was clean with a comfortable bed, and we could leave our luggage at the reception after check‑out. The breakfast area was very small; on one day there were no cups, glasses, or cutlery for 10 minutes and we had to wait for a table. The selection was poor, with no vegetables except tomatoes. One lift was not working. Four‑star hotels in Poland offer a much better standard.

Neu renovierte Zimmer und sehr großes Bad. Die Betten waren bequem und es waren viele Steckdosen in Bettnähe vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind recht hellhörig, sodass man bereits früh die Putzfrauen auf den Gängen hört. Das Fenster hält einigen Lärm ab, jedoch nicht alles. Beim Frühstücksbuffet könnte schneller abgeräumt werden

Buona la colazione. Nessuna informazione sulla mancata disponibilità della SPA (Sauna e Bagno Turco) che risultava in manutenzione . Alle mie cortesi rimostranze veniva risposto che a chi chiede viene detto che non funziona (!) e che non avendo prenotato forse non avrei trovato posto. Preferisco non commentare. Anche le attrezzature della palestra (delle ottime Technogym) versano in cattive condizioni di manutenzione: Cyclette non programmabile, Tapis Roulant con lingue strane disponibili (no inglese, francese, italiano, spagnolo) , ecc

I liked the location, but the welcome was questionable, the rooms were tiny and barely clean, almost dingy, and the breakfast area was cramped, crowded, and it took a long time to set up the tables.
