The room’s comfort and the terrace view were nice. However, the window in the room was very small and high, so you couldn’t see the outside without standing up… the three nice rooms all had a large empty window, and they wouldn’t swap them… the hotel’s location on a dead‑end street was inconvenient.

I really liked the spectacular view from the terrace, the hotel’s tranquility, and especially the staff’s kindness. A special shout‑out to Emad, who was friendly, prepared, and always very helpful. A fantastic stay.

The food was not good; many plates had little on them, yet we felt we got plenty. Two small cheese pieces on one plate, a ham slice on another, a bit of Turkish cheese on the third. Coffee had to be requested, and it arrived after 10–15 minutes. The room description didn’t match what we received; we booked a large room with a panoramic view of the pyramids but got a small room overlooking what looked like a construction site. When we opened two suitcases, the room was full. It also didn’t match the booking description – no safe, and many other things were missing. We re‑booked at another hotel after four days.

All staff were helpful, and there was just one person who liked to sell tours. One room had insufficient air conditioning, but staff took us to a new room to try it out. They arranged airport transfer smoothly. The downside was that the small street and incorrect Google location made it hard to find, though staff came out to help. The room lacked basic items like a chair, and the shower’s water pressure and volume were insufficient.
