The location, cleanliness, and room comfort were excellent, the breakfast was great, and the staff were very kind; nothing to complain about.

The property was beautiful, impeccably maintained, and spotless; the location was great, close to the Sommacampagna motorway exit yet still tranquil and fully rural. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the homemade cakes at breakfast were delicious. Honestly, nothing really negative, but I suggest contacting the owner for directions to avoid the gravel road; the stretch on the white road is short, well kept, and can be tackled even by low vehicles.
