Everything was perfect. The hotel kept my bikes in a room… nothing to add. The staff were very pleasant and attentive.

We booked the junior suite with my husband; it was very pleasant, well‑equipped, clean, and had no complaints. The staff were very welcoming and the breakfast buffet had a good selection. A small issue: on Friday when we arrived, the front‑desk hostess gave us a QR code to order room service breakfast if we wanted, which we planned to use on Sunday morning to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. The QR code was easy to use and we received a confirmation message that the reservation was accepted. On Sunday morning, at the scheduled time, there was still no breakfast. I called reception, and they told me the QR code didn’t work and my request hadn’t been processed, leaving us only 10 minutes to go downstairs and get breakfast, which was very disappointing. Don’t tell guests that there’s a QR code for ordering breakfast… the system should be reviewed.

“En general bastant bé. Molt bé neteja i esmorzar”

Breakfast was very varied. The décor and terrace were nice. The staff only spoke French and did not speak any other language. Most of them were very friendly. The lunch menu was in French, and while they could give you a dish that wasn’t hot, it was limited.

The room was beautiful and the bedding, including memory‑foam pillows, was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was lovely, the restaurant was nicely decorated, and the staff were charming and very helpful.

The staff were welcoming, smiling, and responsive. The room was clean. Nothing else.
