The kitchen was well equipped and we had a fridge to use, plus a lounge area was available. We expected rooms in the bungalows from the photos, but ended up in the main building, which turned out to be convenient. Some other guests mentioned that noise levels could vary.

The location was good, the reception staff were friendly, and the kitchen had decent utensils. However, the showers and toilets were dirty, there was an unpleasant smell throughout the property, the kitchen lacked basic spices, there was no soundproofing, and the value for the room was poor compared to other hotels in the chain.

The staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and I heard a cool owl late at night. Several toilet seats need urgent repair; they move when sat on and can catch the skin badly, which is risky especially for young children who might not react quickly enough. Also, the check‑out time was early at 10am.
