Originally opened in 1881, the Hotel Flora is located in the centre of the spa area of Marianske Lazne. It offers en-suite rooms with satellite TV, an indoor pool and 2 restaurants and the healthy springs in the Marienbad reachable within 50 metres from the hotel. A wide range of wellness and medical treatments is offered in the Flora Hotel's own spa area.

We liked the location, close to the center and the Singing Fountain. The pool is smaller, but enough for swimming. On the day of arrival it was already impossible to reserve a spot in the live‑music café.

The location was great, but the pool was at a nearby hotel and I had to book a bathrobe at the reception. The safe was available for an extra fee. Breakfast was good, but the room felt cramped and I couldn’t reserve a parking spot.

The location worked, yet the buffet was very sparse and never refilled when it ran empty. The suggested meal times only existed because there weren’t enough tables for all guests, so we always sat elsewhere, which didn’t bother us. At dinner, the later we arrived, the less salad was left.

It was fine for a single night, and moving from one hotel to another was okay inside, but the extra cost to go to the outdoor pool was a joke.
