“Ok. Good room but not good that TV broken. Appear to have families staying there and with children from”

The hotel was close and welcoming, and checking in was a breeze, but the TV was broken and kids ran down the hallway until 9 pm.

“Unprofessional hotel and stuff. Don’t book.”

I liked that the hotel was nice and near the airport, but there was no reception and that wasn’t mentioned on the booking page, so I couldn’t check in; when I called, they hung up and offered no help—no support, no care, just bad service.

“The ugliest place I have ever been.”

I didn’t find anything good here. It’s not a 3‑star hotel at all; it’s just rooms in a building behind a rough pub. The rooms looked unclean since Brexit, there was no reception or 24/7 service, and a hole in the front door was taped over. The toilet had filthy stains, the bathtub was dirty, and I left after a few minutes. I still haven’t gotten a refund or an invoice, and the hotel isn’t answering my emails.

“Nice Location - Be careful with Parking!”

The location was spot‑on—walking distance to the centre and shops—and the staff were great. The parking was included, I gave my registration number, yet we still got a ticket, probably because the parking company didn’t get the right data.

There was no toilet paper in the room. I had to go and ask for toilet paper in the restaurant. The male proprietor shouts to the guy behind the bar give him some toilet paper like I was asking for a favor. Demeaning, now walking through the restaurant back to my room with 2 rolls of toilet paper. The other staff where great as is the lady owner. Was asked to pay a £40 deposit which I wasn't asked to do in my previous stay, which still hasn't been returned a week later. I didn't expect luxury, it's literally a cheap place to stay over for an early flight, but there's basics that are expected
